To get the best results, we use the 4 Cs: Clear, Concise, Contextual, and Creative. Clarity means avoiding vague words like 'stuff' or 'things.' Conciseness is about being direct without losing meaning. Context gives the AI the 'why' and 'who,' and Creativity allows you to ask for unique outputs. Imagine you are studying for your Board Exams and need to summarize a long History chapter on the Revolt of 1857. A bad prompt would be 'Summarize this.' A 4 Cs prompt would be 'Summarize the causes of the 1857 revolt in three short paragraphs for a Class 10 student.' By being specific about the topic, length, and audience, you save time and get a better study note. To practice, start by defining your goal. Instead of saying 'Tell me about gravity,' try 'Explain the basic concept of gravity using an example of a falling mango.' Notice how adding a specific object makes the AI's answer more relatable. Always ask yourself: If I gave this instruction to a friend, would they know exactly what to do? If the answer is no, your prompt needs more clarity.
